Today ServiceNow hosted its first event for partners, customer and prospects, which took place in Austria. ServiceNow presented its new version and announced a new User Group for the Austrian region, where Tricentis Manager Support Services, Alexander Kleeman has beennominated as leader. As part of the event, Alexander Kleeman spoke about Tricentis’ success in using ServiceNow as well their growing customer support platform. This will be the first of many ServiceNow events to come in Austria.
